MEAT GROUP:
You should choose low fat meat and poultry.
E.G: fish, meat, chicken, eggs, soya beans.
DIARY PRODUCTS:
You should have milk every day.
EG: cheese, yoghurt, milk.
FAT SWEET OIL GROUP:
You shouldn’t eat a lot from these groups.
EG: butter, sweets, chocolate, sugar.

CEREAL GROUP:
You should eat cereals every day.
E.g brown rice, bread, breakfast cereals, pasta, Crackers, rice, etc.Vegetables:

Eat more dark green veggies.
Eat more orange veggies.
Eat more dry beans and peas.
E.G: broccoli , dark green vegetale, lettuce , mustard green spinach, carrots , pumpkin , sweet potatoes, Black beans , black eye peas, beans , kidney beans ,
Fruits :
Eat a variety of fruit
Choose fresh, frozen, canned, or daried fruit
Go easy on fruit juices
Eat more orange veggies.
Eat more dry beans and peas.
E.G: broccoli , dark green vegetale, lettuce , mustard green spinach, carrots , pumpkin , sweet potatoes, Black beans , black eye peas, beans , kidney beans ,

Some of us are healthy. One is a very sporty person. There is one not eating vegetables or fruit.
